I was just browsing through Fuck Yeah, Tattoos and came across this absolutely breathtakingly detailed leg sleeve of Labyrinth. The owner is one Mr Phil from the UK. Obviously Labyrinth is one of his favorite movies, as many of us geeks would agree. While Phil gets major props for sporting a Labyrinth tattoo, I must also give incredible credit to Richard Beston (Bez) of Triplesix Studios for the skilled execution of this work of art. Wow.

These are awesome! I read somewhere that people are trying to get Tim Burton to remake Labyrinth…I pray that never happens
OMG! I would be devastated if they let Tim Burton do that. Like we need another dark boring quasi emo movie from him.
And he'd cast Helena Bonham Carter as Sarah anyway…and make Johnny Depp the Goblin King.
If I could just get that series of pictures of Johnny Depp as the Goblin King I would be happy… But Tim Burton directing? I would be glued to my telescope looking for the signs of the End, Of that you can be sure.
Bored as I am with Burton, I wouldn't say emo is the right word. He's been making goth movies since before emo existed.
Soooo Jealous! :O
where's the part of the tattoo with david bowie's package? it's the main character in the movie.
OMG you just made me laugh out loud.
hahaha my mum allways used to comment about mr bowies buldge when i was watching it (the labyrinth that is)… probably where my fear of men in tight TIGHT tights has come from 8-I
"Bored as I am with Burton, I wouldn't say emo is the right word. He's been making goth movies since before emo existed."
this. people use words without knowing what they mean.
also i'm sick of the prefix 'quasi-'… it doesn't make you sound smart. stop it.
but yeah. no burton remake. NO. :|
i like how most of these comments are about tim burtons remake that has not been grounded in fact at all instead of this amazing tattoo . the detail is amazing he must have had a great tattoo artist i'd stay in contact with him for sure.
lol @ the dude. I remember being traumatized as a young child by the bulge in his pants. My best friend and I whispered about it for months afterward like it was some kind of magical creature or something.
I also don't want to see Burton get hold of this one- as much as I enjoy most of his stuff, he is not the right fit for this movie, and I don't think you can improve on perfection anyway.
I myself am working on a Labyrinth sleeve for my right arm. I am obsessed with this movie and have been for 24 years! This guys tats are amazing and I hope I am lucky enough for mine to turn out half as good! Congrats on the amazing ink!!!!
And here I thought that I was the only one to believe that Mr. Bowie's bulging cod made and excellent appearance in the movie.
Awesome tattoo (despite the lack of his Majesty! ) As far as a remake goes, I did enjoy Burton's "Alice in Wonderland" but…I don't want him touching the Labyrinth. David Bowie is the only Goblin King I ever want to see. If they were going to cast him then I'd have no issue–he is still quite hot for his age.
Thanks for all the nice comments, someone just sent me this link. Is this from my myspace page?
Bez's work is unbelievable. So is all the work the studio produces.
I'm lucky enough to have them just down the road…..lots more work to come!

Good question. Yes, the laser teatemrnt will likely affect your freckles. The laser has to penetrate most of your layers of skin, and freckles sit in the first few layers of skin, so the laser has to go through the freckles to get at the ink beneath.Good news though freckles have been known to grow back over scars and whatnot. They might grow back after laser teatemrnt.
