Inverse Square Law Tattoo

Erik Dixon is an Atlanta-based photographer who sent in a shot of his inverse square law tattoo. He writes:

Inverse Square Law is the physics equation for the fall off rate of light radiating from a source point. Something I use every time I shoot. This also applies to gravity and sound. Newton was a smart guy I guess….

    If I were going to get a geeky tattoo, I’d probably go with Euler’s formula: e^(i*pi)+1=0. Maybe the continuum hypothesis.
